Notes:

2019 WCAD 2995 CR 426, Thrall.

WCHC’s Vol III, Pg 94: “Per Clara Scarbrough 1984, Max Leschber owned the property. At intersection of CR 427 & CR 426, go E .3 miles to a point event with a fence row along the edge of the higher ground of the “hollow” & walk N through the pasture about 1/4 mile to the grave site.”

From Thrall take Hwy 79 E to junction with CR 427. Turn left (N), continue to the junction with CR 426. Turn right (E) & look to the woods N of the road. Just before the road bends to the the SE there is a fence that goes N & to the right of the woods that contains the cemetery. Go along the fence to the second woods & walk W at the edge of the woods until you see the Iron Fence enclosure around the “Trooper” gravestone. Just before this enclosure you will see four erect gravestones.

Cemetery is on private property just beyond the bend and permission should be obtained to view the cemetery. Difficult to do as entrance gate is locked most of the time.
