Young Cemetery was moved because that location (Friendship/ Granger Lake) is now under water or under the levy that was built to hold in the lake. The interments were moved to Block 38, Lot 9, spaces 1, 2, 5, 7 & 8 of the Taylor City Cemetery at the request of the nearest relatives. Young interments in Block 38, Section 9. There is also a Young Headstone & eight gravestones in all.

The only ones moved are gravestones 1, 2, 5, 7 & 8 which were removed from the original Young Cemetery to the Taylor City Cemetery.
